Lincoln and Sandra Robinson have been in ministry since 1996 and were ordained as Pastors under their ministry Hephzibah Ministries on November 30, 1997. Hephzibah Ministries is an independent, Full Gospel apostolic/prophetic ministry situated at 18 Eastern Main Road, Laventille, in the island of Trinidad, West Indies.

They have also pioneered a church by the same name in the island of Tobago. This work began on June 4, 2000. They also initiated the formation of an association of ministers in Laventille, Trinidad for evangelising the area in September 2001.

Lincoln has ministered in Finland, Sweden, England, and Aruba in the The Netherland Antilles. Lincoln has a Bachelor's degree in Electronic & Electrical Engineering from Loughborough University in England and worked for 24 years in the field of telecommunications in Trinidad. Upon instructions from the Lord, he gave up full time employment in 1999 to focus on the work of Hephzibah Ministries. His ministry gifts are in the areas of teaching and administration.

Sandra has also ministered in Finland. She is an accountant who still practices her profession while being a Pastor, wife and mother. Her ministry gifts are intercession and worship.

Over the past three years, both Lincoln and Sandra have been used in the area of deliverance. They also operate in the gifts of Word of Knowledge, Word of Wisdom, discernment of spirits, faith and prophecy. Pastors Lincoln and Sandra have been married since 1991 and have two daughters, Safiya and Sarah.
